Adrián was volunteering at my place for a month and we really enjoyed hosting him. He's easy going and always meets you with a smile in the morning. He did every task that I needed help with, always with a good, positive vibe even though I was sometimes stressed or messy :)
Thank you Adrián for coming here helping out and sharing some weeks of my

I had a fantastic time at Lisa's house. She is very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. She is very organised with the tasks to do and allows you to decide which days you want to take free. Plus she helped me with my Swedish, speaking slowly and explaining things to me clearly.

I met some wonderful people staying with her and I couldn't be more happy about my experience. I had an awesome time and I highly recommend this host. I had such a great time away at Lisa's place. She was a very considerate and kind host, going out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The location of her farmstead in the forest was a great place to find some peace and quiet while doing some enjoyable manual work. Because of Lisa's job at the local national park, she was very

I also got to see two snakes which was pretty cool 😎You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Where should I start... well, this was my first workaway experience and it really was the best I could ask for! From day one I felt like at home and a part of the family. Lisa is a very energetic, positive, fun, inspiring and authentic person, it was a pleasure to be around her! The communication was always clear and she gave me the feeling that I

Simon, who also lives there has a looot of knowledge about plants, cooking, the nature there and much more, you'll have great talks for sure and he's also super funny and thoughtful :)
The nature there is just stunning and I loved the whole farm. Great lakes too!! My tasks were mainly painting, but I rerally liked it and I think the tasks are always very different, it depends at which time you are there. Everything about the work was always clear and communicated very well. Even though many things were new to me, Lisa was always very patient and made me feel very confident. She has a lot of experience with volunteers and it shows. She also showed me around and introduced me to locals and other volunteers.
My three weeks at Lisa's place were really incredible, I could write much much more. I cannot recommend enough to spend a workaway there.
Lisa and Simon, hopefully see you very soon, all the best to you guys!!You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Left by host for Workawayer (Aisha & Felix)
Aisha and Felix stayed at my place for almost 3 months this spring and it was super nice having them as guests and volunteers! As I’m working a lot and also spend a lot of time with my kids they had to work independently and take their own decisions in many ways and that worked out perfectly with them! They are responsable and hard working people.

We had an amazing time! We came for three weeks and ended up staying for two months. We were introduced to a lot of locals and felt at home right from the first day.
Most of the time that we spend working was outside which we enjoyed a lot. It was lovely to take care of the animals and the garden.
