  Hi all,
  My name is Carl Hartmann, living in Wiesbaden Germany, alone and finally retired. I have enough time to welcome you and to travel around the world. My companion is Yuma a Labrador Lady, beloved and friendly.
  
  I will continue my Crash Course in Italian at Bertrand Russell Institute a Padova in May or June 2025. I had my first weeks there in April 2025.
  
  For a better understanding, I am a host as well as I am a worker, a good handyman and handcraft man.
  
  I also search for a travel companion, a woman, she should be open-minded to discover with me Europe and the world.
  
  When you have a look on my CV and profile you will discover, that I have in mind and intend several projects around my house and garden in in the woods (making fire wood and protect the forest).
  There is no say or need to work here, but you can support me in such issues, if you like. I prefer to learn your language Italian, French or Spain, if you like to teach me.
  My house in Wiesbaden for gentle and reliable people is comfortable, three bedrooms, a modern office to work by your own (your own projects if you have someone via internet), a music room (guitar, flute and sax), a huge living room and garden. My main and huge project is to renewable and renew my kitchen.
  You are welcome everytime. You can spend wonderful days in a vineyard region in the south part of Germany surrounded by old forests. By the way you can get to know the German everyday life in real time. I speak German as my mother tongue and English well enough.
  Wiesbaden is the capital of the federal country Hessen and an old spa with theatres, cinemas, night life etc.

  I like to get to know you, your country, your home, your EVERYDAY life, your culture and nature and to learn your language, especially Italian, French and Spain or other language to get in contact with you.
  The last 35 years I was at work as an architect as well as a landscape and urban planner. But my favourite profession is a forest engineering.
  So, what I am searching for is a helping hand as well as a language teacher and a host too both wise.
  Yes, I am German, but I prefer to spend the most time in nature, in the woods, mountains, beaches, at and on the sea. I like sports, mountain biking, sea kayaking, riding, dogs (I got my own Josie Labrador dog) and animals, horses, like to ride and to swim etc. And to make music Blues, Jazz, Folk, little rock and pop songs.
  If you want to visit me, it is okay because I have an open house.
  The main aim is to visit a foreign country, work there sometime temporarily and to learn your mother tongue.
  
  Therefore, you should or must be a native speaker. In reaction to your help to teach me I will teach you German and will show you the German way of life. You are welcome.

  1. A New Kitchen, floor covering with beech wood board, painting, wall plastering, furniture construction etc. 10 sqm
  2. Renewal and repair of the balcony covering
  3. Painting the interior and exterior walls
  4. to keep and maintain the Up rising Garden in front and in the back Yard to renew, planting, plastering etc.
  5. Make fire wood for the oven for the cold days in fall and wintertime
  6. Music Playing with you if you like and have a good time to spend together time
