This house is in a peaceful, pretty location on a plot of land surrounded by olive trees. The house is remote as no other houses are close to it. However, 300 metres down hill there is a hamlet of houses and friendly neighbours. The surrounding area grows mainly olives. The house is situated in between Granada and Malaga, not too far from the main road. I believe in sustainable living, growing my own produce and reducing my carbon footprint. I want to build an environment that is eco friendly; no pesticides or unnecessary waste.

The house needs maintenance of repair and improvement; inside and out, filling, repairing, painting and plastering. The land and fencing also need repair and maintenance. Removing weeds and setting up an irrigation system for various fruit trees and plants. Olive trees need pruning and care. There is also a possibility of animal care and provision.
