Description
Guide on horse tours for tourists, starting ASAP.
We are a middle aged couple that run a horse farm in Iceland. We also have very friendly dogs.
We've had international helpers in our home (and living on our farm) for decades. So we're experienced in this, and simply try to make this a nice and meaningful experience for both those that stay here and host.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You'll get to know the climate and culture, especially the culture of horse people, farmers and country side people in Iceland. And the nature here is stunning. Great hiking opurtunites in June-October, if you like hiking. There's a swimming pool with hot tub and sauna close to the farm.
It's a super fun cultural exchange, getting to know Iceland in so many ways, and having fun with us the local farmers.
It's an international home, it's us the family and then workers, usually from Europe.Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

What else ...
We live in a very rural and beautiful area, with lots of space, northern lights (in September-April, if you're here then), and arctic beauty, we're pretty close to the ocean, and breathtaking mountains. We have midnight sun (24/7 sunlight) in the summer months.
It's very rural in Iceland, there are usually at least a couple of kilometers between different farms, and 25 km to the next villages. So, there is a lot of peace and space. A hidden pearl to escape from the high energy modern cities in other countries.A little more information
