They would acquire basic polytunnel gardening skills, experience of helping on an organic smallholding in a remote and rural Gaeltacht community with access to folk music, and an Irish language centre,
The smallholding is in Dunlewey Donegal, Ireland, located among the Deryveagh Mountains overlooking Lough Nacung, at the foot of Errigal Mountain and a short walk from the Poison Glen.
Glenveigh Castle and National Park are nearby.
Famous historical and archeological sites in the vicinity.
    Excellent hill walking opportunities abound.
Kayaking, cycling, golfing, horse riding, and fishing are all easily available.
The Dunlewey Cultural Centre is less than five minutes walk away with historical video presentations, and boat trips on Dunlewey Lough. There is a theatre, restaurant, bookshop and gift shop within the Dunlewey Centre.
Boat trips to the offshore islands of Arranmore, Tory, and Gola are all short distances away.
