Description
Hi , I'm a 45 year old guy living in the south east of Ireland , mostly involved in farm work.
Looking for someone to house sit the beach house for 6 weeks , while away on other work. Will have to fend for yourself most of the time.
No tasks involved , other than basic light day to day cleaning duties. About 5 hours per week should take care of alot.
I live 200 yards from the sea so can enjoy sea swimming if your brave enough.
Besides the farming I'm interested in sailing , skydiving , comedy , aircraft , biographies , interesting architecture and history in general , so will be getting involved in some of these things in my spare time if interested your welcome to come along.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Get to live right beside the sea , take a local cheap bus just 300 yards away to the main town, then if want train direct to Dublin.
Would suit someone who is looking for peace and quiet, enjoy the tranquility of walking along the sea shore and exploring the local area.
Help
The help required is very minimal , just basic cleaning every now and again. Main tasks is to live in the beach house , keep it aired and tidy. Security for the property while I'm away most of the time.

he was very informative about the local area and was full of advice on where and what to do. He took us on day trips out and about and was willing to show us anything. His house is situated in a peaceful spot right by the beach so the location was perfect.

Much of your advice has been very kind and helpful.
Thanks for the nice stay!
Andrew is a kind, goid-natured guy. His Courtiwn cabin is seaside and very relaxing, away from the busy roads abd a stone's throw from the shore.
I was very appreciative if his considerate perspective and found he is fair-minded, easy to work with.… read more
Even though I was only there for about 10 days, I got to experience a lot – from visiting the Ploughing Championships and a vintage tractor meeting to herding sheep. You will rarely meet a host who is so keen on you having a good time!
