  3 years ago, I was a workawayer working with my now ex girlfriend in the exact restaurant and Gites that are now mine!
  I came back in 2020 and am building up the business. The restaurant is very seasonal, but very popular. I am looking for help in the kitchen and garden, mowing the lawn, weeding, and hedge cutting. In the kitchen I need help washing up and waitressing/waitering. Also if you're mechanically able, some help with car mechanics.
  A good grasp of french would be good but not vital!
  I have 2 cats, Croissant and Baguette, baguette is 10 months old, croissant is 13 years old. Clair and Corey, my friends and helpers, have a dog, Rocket, and 2 cats. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxed and calm, but weekends it does become vibrant and have a party atmosphere after 8pm.
  Please.excuse.the low.reply rate, I was inundated last year with offers of help, and trying to run this place and answer every one was too much. This year I'm much more organised!

  The area is well known for its troglodyte houses and its prehistoric caves. Also hiking, cycling and canoeing are hugely popular here. Nearest town is Cahors. The village is a fantastic area with canoeing, a chateau, restaurants etc. And the views are stunning!I can teach you how to make pizzas from scratch, Inc dough and sauces.Theres also a lakeside beach about 40m from the house.We are 40 mins from Rocamadour, 30 mins from Cahors.

  Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and general garden maintenance. All power tools are here for the work needed. Dish washing, especially on busy days. Help with advertising etc.Serving customers, washing dishes, promo distribution etc.

  Accommodation

  One bedroom room and a shower/toilet room. Free WiFi. Basically, choose what you want off the menu, I'll cook it for you! The pizzas are reknowned in the area! If the apartments are full, there is a small bedroom and shower toilet area downstairs you can use, or use the spare room in my own apartment.

  Wage is minimum wage per hour. You may be working one week for only 10 or 15 hours, the next for 25 to 35. We can be flexible. Your accommodation is free , meals when restaurant is open also free.
