I spent a week at Laure and Margaux's between winter and spring, which was just beginning to appear in their magnificent garden. We worked in the morning after a good breakfast, always accompanied by Lou and Leica, their two adorable dogs. I immediately felt at home! The house is very pleasant and Laure and Margaux are two very sweet and

I loved the experience and would love to come back and help Margaux and Laure with their future projects! A huge thanks to both of you for welcoming me and making this experience so enjoyable 🙌Left by host for Workawayer (Romy)
Romy was an absolute gem during the week she spent with us.
Most of the work was outdoors, helping us in the cold, windy winter weather, and Romy remained grateful and cheerful throughout.
She also cooked for us (amazing food!!) and was a huge help in the kitchen. She truly went above and beyond to assist in any way she could, and we deeply

Romy is such a kind and gentle soul, it didn’t take long for us to connect with her radiant personality.
We’ve definitely made a friend we’d love to see again!

We’ve had the pleasure to host Jay for a week for her first Workaway experience and it was terrific.
Even if the job was outdoor and got a bit physical, nothing was too difficult or tedious. Jay’s work ethic and output are remarkable.
She showed initiative, enthusiasm and we are so grateful for all the hard work she put on our different projects.

Jay is a wonderful, sociable, independent and lovely human. We’d recommend her to any host with the same values!

This was my first Workaway experience, and it exceeded all my expectations!

Leica and Lou are fantastic and full of energy, I couldn't help but fall in love with them.

I also had the chance to learn so much, especially with power tools, which was both fun and rewarding. The work was engaging, and I left feeling truly enriched by the experience.
I'll always cherish my stay with them and I hope to return someday.
Laure, Margaux, and their beautiful dogs were such remarkable hosts! From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by their warm and genuine welcome. Even though we didn’t get to stay for long, it was an absolute joy to contribute to the vision they have for their stunning home and peaceful little forest.

They were always so sweet and appreciative of our efforts, making every job feel both rewarding and fun.
While we couldn’t bring our caravan due to the shape of their land, they offered us a truly comfortable room with our own private bathroom and a serene view. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect little corner to call our own during the stay.
Laure and Margaux showed their care by always making sure we were well-fed and hydrated, both during work and our downtime. We bonded over walks, deep conversations about life paths and values, and even a particular Netflix show!
We all agreed that our time together was too short, but it definitely shouldn’t be the last! We left feeling like we had found not just hosts, but dear friends.
If you have the chance to do an exchange with Laure, Margaux, and their lively dogs, you’ll be in such caring hands!
Thank you both for all the wonderful moments you shared with us, and we’re already looking forward to meeting you again sooner rather than later!
We wish we could give more stars to Delphine and May because they are both absolute stars. We were so grateful for their help on our property (shredding wood, building raised beds and stairs in the garden, making birds feeder and upcycling wax for candles …) Delphine and May used every opportunity to be helpful in anyway possible with the highest

We instantly felt in love with their open minds, wise spirit and wonderful energy. They are both so talented and precious that if you get a chance to host these two women don’t miss out. They are two of the most fantastic people we met through this journey! Happy travels dear friends and hope to see you again :)Photos

We had a really good time at Margaux and Laure’s place. They were super welcoming and we felt at home from the beginning. We had our own space but were always welcome to spend time with them. They took us to places around in the area and gave good tips on where to visit. We learned a lot of DIY and building from them which we also really wanted.

We fell in love with Loulou and Leika on first sight, they were so sweet and also a little crazy. We also loved playing games (skyjo) and watching movies together.
We would definitely recommend going to their place!
Fenna and Lenni stayed for 2.5 weeks and helped us around with many building projects :

Margaux and Laure are both very wonderful and kind people. They made sure I was always comfortable and happy, and they’re very easy going. While staying with them, I felt as if I was right at home.
