Description
Welcome! We're a group of friends living together. In total we're 7 adults (age 30-40) and 3 children. We've been living together for a couple of years, and recently we've moved into a new house.
My name is Alex and I've been travelling for about one year. Me and my boyfriend Marcelo have had several wonderful workaway experiences. So now, we want to give something back to the community. And invite a bit of the world into our home ;)

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
In our group there are several language enthusiasts, we love to share and learn. You"ll encounter 9 native german speakers and one native (brazilian) portuguese speaker.
Also we're quite into sports. We have lots of equipment for calisthenics, sometimes we work out together. You're welcome to join a bouldering session, we'll definitely find a pair of shoes for you somewhere.
We can also share expertise about the beautiful places in and around the city (like our favourite cafés in Neustadt or recommended hiking trips in the nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz).
Help
As we've been workawayers ourselves, we want to make working as rewarding as possible for you. We like to communicate clear schedules, so that you know when you're "off duty" and you'll be able to make plans. If possible, we like to give you little "projects" instead of random tasks. We appreciate your input and experience, so please share with us!

- building stuff (we're planning a terrace, a public library shelf, and more)
- gardening tasks
- maintenance tasks
- there's room for creativity (in the garden, in decorating the house, artwork, DIY stuff...)
