Description
I am 52 years old, living in a 90 sqm apartment near the city center in Budapest with my ex-boyfriend. I love to travel the world on a low budget, but unfortunately, I don't have the confident language skills for it. Therefore, I primarily expect and hope for English, but also Spanish and Italian language lessons, experiences, advice, and tips from the workawayer, but you can also provide very useful help in many other ways, such as:
-Experiences, reports on life as a digital nomad, how we can be global citizens and world travellers on a low budget
-Digital presence in the world, building relationships online and practical use of social media (we don't even use Facebook...)))
-Simple cleaning and simple DIY tasks in the apartment occasionally, carrying groceries, window washing, light painting, things like that...
Our apartment and budget are modest, we cannot provide luxury, but we can offer a small private room and a shared kitchen, shared bathroom. You can get to know and explore Budapest in a spacious apartment just a five-minute walk from the Danube River, and we will cook traditional local dishes together, visiting Budapest's most famous market. The transportation options from here are excellent; you can explore the whole country by bus or train, and in three hours of travel, you can be in Vienna, Austria for 15 Euros!
Your own room will be 9 square meters, with access to a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a 35 square meter living room with Wi-Fi. No children or pets are allowed; you can smoke on the balcony, three steps away from your room.

Accommodation
Private small room, shared bathroom with shower, shared kitchen, shared living room.
The fridge and pantry are always full, you are free to use them, but I am also happy to cook Hungarian dishes, or we can cook together. I would like to have at least one meal together every day.
We are carnivores, but during your stay we will gladly give it up if you are merely a vegetarian.
You need to take care of your special or radical dietary requirements yourself !!!
In the private room, one person or a maximum of one couple can fit comfortably, but if you don’t mind couch surfing, I can accommodate more people.
Sorry, but we are not prepared to host children under 14.
I am a smoker, I use an electronic cigarette, but real cigarettes are also allowed, only on the balcony.
The public transportation options are extremely good. Every point in the city can be easily and quickly reached, many of them even on foot. Three major train stations (two for trains, one for long-distance buses) can be reached in 20 minutes. You can explore all of Hungary!

We hardly drink at all, we don’t do drugs, we don’t party with loud music, but we can show you those places where you can do it!!!!
We prefer relaxation, laughter, conversation, good spirits, and a liberated, joyful, comfortable life.
