Description
British couple restoring a Villa and 18 HA of land in the beautiful hills of Umbria. We have 260 olive trees along with walnut, almond, hazelnut and fig trees, a large orto (veg plot) and a small lake with carp. We are in a quiet out of the way location surrounded by nature and can offer a double room with bathroom.
If you have your own transport this would be ideal.
Please note, that while we have everyone that we currently need, we are always on the lookout for people with specialist skills, so if you have plumbing, plastering, electrical, tiling, woodworking etc, please still drop us a message.Types of help and learning opportunities

The area is perfect for anyone who is interested in nature as there are many walking, hiking and cycling trails close by our villa.
We are only 35 minutes from the medieval town of Perugia and just 30 minutes to the beautiful and historic lago Trasimeno. All around are interesting hilltop villages which are all interesting in their own right.
One of the outbuildings we are restoring will be an art studio as I am also an artist. The volunteers would be able to use this facility as well.Projects involving children
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.

We are more than happy to host Aime again next year.
Heloise was brilliant, fitted straight in as a family member. Nothing was too much trouble and after the first couple of days she just got on with things without even being asked. She is an absolute star and we can’t wait to have her back again next year.
