Description
We are a local organization that has been working since 2011 building educational spaces for children in the communities, we use the Montesori methodology and we believe that an education where we promote cooperation and not competition is possible. Where it is possible to learn through experience and above all a more personalized type of education.
In our project we have more than 50 children who come and we work from Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
We design different moments where children can participate.
First moment "washing teeth and hands"
Second moment "completion of school tasks"
Third moment "outdoor recreation and games"
Fourth moment "Development of the topic of the week"
Fifth moment "Communication circle"
Sixth moment "Children eat their food"
We also develop projects in the field of ecology, education, family and construction.

If you come, you will benefit by learning about the local culture since the organization has different social projects in the communities (School construction, botanical garden, technical agriculture, sustainable tourism), places where Quechua is spoken. You will go with other volunteers from different countries and join them in a cooperative social project, to help the children of a local community. Share moments in our cultural volunteer dinner that takes place once a week, Spanish classes once a week, salsa classes once a week. Apart from the experience we offer.

Help
1) We are looking for an ideally motivated person with knowledge of web design/programming, expert in adwords/facebook, social networks and the like. Someone with marketing and branding skills to take care of our online marketing, websites, social media advertising, photography, etc., project management, fundraising.
2) Our profile that also covers the field of education, culture or pedagogy, social work, psychology. Experience in family work or emotional monitoring for children and families in precarious situations.
3) English or French teachers who have given courses for adults or children with experience in the field of teaching.
In any of these three positions we need intermediate or advanced Spanish.

Accommodation
In exchange for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, we offer a bed in a shared room inside the project house, free laundry, equipped kitchen.
