    Description

The project is developing the property itself. We detail the property, create new spaces, update or improve areas. We are almost finished, but there’s always something we can create. We also welcome guests as a boutique stay and venue. I am a creative and a jack of all trades. You can help me with what I am working on at the time.

You would have time to live tulum and all of Quintana Roo to visit all the natural spots for which it is known. We are walking distance to one of the many beautiful fresh water cenote swimming holes. Multiple beaches are nearby, some are protected turtle nesting beaches. Many have a fee to visit for maintaining them. But also you can visit the popular and more active public beaches which are always free entry.

Life here is mostly about living a slow pace in connection with a nature. We ourselves are in a natural area visited daily by its wildlife, such as coatis, capibaras, iguanas, foxes, tropical birds, which are a daily occurrence more so if you feed them. And with more luck other rare sightings of wild life. At night you’ll sleep with the sounds of the bug life and morning and day the sounds of birds. We also have a roof top for star gazing at night or watching the sunset.

In terms of food. I am Mexican so also that is my style of cooking which is very simple, soulful, and corn based mostly. I am not a vegetarian but I do eat a lot of veggies and healthy food. I’m sure we could exchange a lot culturally and cooking wise.

I am also a traveler, knowledgeable and active in many fields. We could make good acquaintance exchange culturally and create together something worthwhile.

We have an extensive home in the wilderness in close proximity to tulum town on the coastal highway. I take care of the property. The orientation is mostly maintenance or upkeep, but it could also be cooking, gardening, creative help, handiwork, or welcoming guests.

Coming up next, I need to organize a storage of materials such as wood and building materials. You can help me part time if you are a creative or a hands on active person. We require someone of energy and good disposition to work.

Another kind of work available may be sitting for a pet cat and house sitting when we travel. The cat is an indoor/outdoor animal of very low maintenance, and very quiet. Great companion.

You will also have a private bungalow studio in nature. Full bed, bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender. The space comfortable, with large windows and views, and well shaded. But it’s not provided with air conditioning nor hot water. The water is fresh well water. There may be ocasional geckos, spiders or bugs, all of them are the jungle ecosystem and are not harmful to us. All you’ll have to do is keep window nets closed so they don’t step inside. We do live in a natural area that is further developing. We have many neighbors and extensive land. I have a vehicle and go to and from then town for groceries. I can always help with that or you can accompany. There’s also van rides very 5 to15 minutes walking distance at about 200 meters, that go to tulum and playa del carmen and anywhere in between them.
