Hello! We are Lorena, Walter and our cat Linguini, we live in a nice country-style condominium 10 kilometers from the city center of Santa Cruz with swimming pools and beautiful green areas where you can relax and spend quiet moments. The Condominium has swimming pools, saunas, sports courts for tennis, soccer, volleyball and a beautiful pine forest ideal for bird watching. A very nice place to jog in comfort and safety. Inside the condominium there is also a very complete supermarket. From the door of the condominium you can take public transportation and in a few minutes you can visit the historic center of the city and other places.

Somos Lorena, Walter y nuestro gato linguini, vivimos en un lindo condominio tipo country a 10 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad de Santa Cruz con piscinas y áreas verdes hermosas donde puedes relajarte y pasar tranquilos momentos.
El Condominio cuenta con piscinas, saunas, canchas deportivas de tenis, futbol, voleyball y un hermoso bosque de pinos ideal para observación de aves. Un lugar muy agradable para hacer footing con comodidad y seguridad.
En el interior del condominio también existe un supermercado muy completo.
De la puerta del condominio puedes tomar el transporte público y en pocos minutos puedes visitar el centro histórico de la ciudad y otros lugares.

We offer you the three meals of the day during your stay which you can prepare for yourself or share the meals with us. You will be able to enjoy all the comforts and benefits of the condominium and we will be able to advise you on beautiful places to know and visit in the city and its surroundings. We can teach you a little of the Spanish language and learn yours.
Te ofrecemos los tres alimentos del día durente tu estadia los cuales podrás prepararlos para ti mismo o compartir las comidas con nosotros.
Podrás disfrutar de todas las comodidades y beneficios del condominio y nosotros podremos aconsejarte sobre hermosos lugares para conocer y visitar en la ciudad y sus alrededores.
Podemos enseñarte un poco del idioma español y aprender el tuyo.
Help
The deal would be 5 hours of work a day for 5 days a week, basically to help with housework, house maintenance, help with the gardens and cooking. We love the idea of meeting new people, learning and teaching cultures and languages, exchanging experiences and making new friends!
El trato sería 5 horas de trabajo al día durante 5 días de la semana, básicamente para ayudar en la tareas del hogar, mantenimiento de la casa, ayuda con los jardines y cocina.
Nos encanta la idea de conocer gente nueva, aprender y enseñar culturas e idiomas, intercambiar experiencias y hacer nuevos amigos!

Accommodation
You will have a private room and a bathroom to share. You can use the kitchen, refrigerator and clothes washing machine. You can also use the WiFi at home and enjoy the social areas of the condominium that we already mentioned.
Tendrás una habitacion privada y el baño a compartir.
Podrás utilizar la cocina, refrigerador y lavadora de ropa.
Tambien puedes hacer uso del Wifi del a casa y disfrutar de las áreas sociales del condominio que ya mencionamos.

In Santa Cruz there are many beautiful places to visit, we have public transportation at the door of the condominium which is very cheap (0.30 cents), with which you can go to the center and visit the city and its surroundings. We also enjoy doing outdoor exercises, doing yoga and spending pleasant moments of relaxation in the pool which can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
En Santa Cruz existen muchos hermosos lugares para conocer, tenemos en la puerta del condominio el transporte público el cual es muy barato (0,30 centavos de dólar), con el que puedes ir al centro y visitar la ciudad y sus alrededores.
Tambien disfrutamos de hacer ejercicios al aire libre, hacer yoga y pasar agradbles momentos de relax enla piscina la cual se puede disfrutar en cualquier temporada del año.
