Offering a Slice of Kapiti Coast Life

Welcome to the picturesque Kapiti Coast, where John and Karen invite you to join them on their beautiful lifestyle block just north of Waikanae. Having been an integral part of this community for nearly half a century, this semi-retired couple brings with them a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local community and a deep love for the place they have called home for almost 50 years. We are both very active in the community and John is also in the local volunteer fire brigade.

Help us with general maintenance tasks and lend a creative hand to small improvement projects around our property. We welcome travelers seeking a unique experience, offering a chance to immerse themselves in the tranquility of our lifestyle block. If you have a knack for handiwork and a love for nature, you'll find a perfect fit here.

    We offer:
    - A cozy space to call home during your stay, with your own bathroom.
    - A chance to work around our small lifestyle block within easy access to beaches, cafes and activities on the Kapiti Coast.
    - A place to park a motorhome or campervan during your stay.
    - Easy access to Wellington City (45 mins by car or an hour by train)
