Description
We are looking for last minute house and pet sitters (a couple )for Sept 2 to 6.
My husband and I live on 3/4 of an acre in Shawnigan Lake. We are an English speaking, non-smoking, retired couple. Rick worked at a local college in the IT department and I was an elementary school teacher. We have 2 large golden doodles and live in a rural area.Types of help and learning opportunities

House/pet sitters will have the benefit of living near a lake, the ocean and other outdoor adventure areas. While we live within a 10 minute walk to a bus stop, we live in a rural community with limited bus transportation. We require Workawayers with their own vehicle.
Our community is 30 minutes away from Greater Victoria, the capital city of BC.Help
Because of our location, we would require a couple with their own car.

Accommodation
You will have the master bedroom inside the house.
What else ...
WorkAwayers will be pet and house sitting. We have 2 Golden Doodles who are mom and daughter. Maarlidh (5) and Millie (3) are treat orientated, enthusiastic about retrieving balls. They are usually well behaved but require consistent expectations and daily exercise. You will also be helping a bit in the yard.
As this is our first experience with pet sitters we will spend some time with you before we leave so the dogs are familiar with you.A little more information
