    Description

I'm a busy single mum living on a lovely quarter-acre property in the beautiful Yarra Valley, and I'm looking for an extra pair of hands (or two!) to help out around the property for approximately two weeks.

In exchange, you'll have your own fully furnished, self-contained accommodation, giving you plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your stay.

I'm ideally looking for a female traveller or a couple who are friendly, practical, reliable, and genuinely enjoy children, dogs and a bit of outdoor tasks.

    Ideally, you're:

Female travelling solo or a couple.
Comfortable around young children and energetic dogs.
Happy to get outdoors and help with practical projects.
    Friendly, independent, respectful and reliable.
    Enjoy a relaxed family atmosphere.
We're looking for approximately a two-week stay, with dates negotiable.
If you enjoy country living, meeting new people, spending time with animals and exploring a beautiful part of Victoria, we'd love to hear from you!

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We'd love to welcome travellers from any background and share a little taste of Australian country life in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

I'm a single mum with a five-year-old son, and we enjoy being outdoors, exploring nature, cooking, gardening and making the most of everything our local area has to offer.

You'll have the opportunity to experience life in a small Australian country town, discover the local community, explore the mountain bike trails, visit the local pub and bakery, and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside.

We're happy to share local knowledge, recommend places to visit and introduce you to some of our favourite spots around the Yarra Valley.

We'd also love to learn about your culture, travel experiences, food, traditions and stories. Sharing meals, cooking different dishes, exchanging ideas and learning from one another are all part of the experience.

You'll have your own private, self-contained accommodation, so there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy independent travel while also being part of a friendly and welcoming household.

We hope you'll leave with some lovely memories, new experiences and a little taste of Australian country living!
