Description
Hello!
We live in the holistic / progressive / spiritual / nature loving Totnes, Devon, in the south of the UK. I am a single parent of two adorable children, who are very kind and loving towards people and most of the time towards each other :) I have a remote full time contract coming up in September, and so I am looking for someone (preferably a woman) who is kind, playful and loves children to help me out.
I usually cook meals on a daily basis and love to share and spread the love! Would be awesome if we could share the cooking sometimes, and if you have a driving license and could do school pickups and drop offs. I would also be really grateful if helping around the house can be divided between us to help it remain clean and tidy (as much as possible of course!)
Please ask me any question that comes to mind. I am easy going, friendly and always up for a good laugh. I don’t have any pets and do not smoke, and not really a drinker. I aim to get back into my yoga and meditation practice when I can.
Thank you and looking forward to meeting you :)Types of help and learning opportunities

We live in Totnes, a hub for all spiritual practices, yoga, meditation, sound healing, alternative medicine, artists, mindfulness practices, foraging, progressive thinking and practice, eco activism, and the stunning countryside!
Projects involving children
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
Help
Childcare probably 4 to 5 days a week for 3-5 hours (depending on my work load, and their father's schedule).
School pickup and drop off (primary school is 5min drive away and preschool is 1min away)
Cooking
Help cleaning and tidying up (shared with me of course!)
1. It'll be 8:00 - 9:15am for the drop offs while getting ready at home.
2. Cooking, if I am not able to, otherwise free until pickups.
3. Pickups from school at 3pm and 3:30pm for both children, although Fridays pickups are at 2pm and 3:30pm.
4. Looking after them once home until I finish my work around 5:30pm (sometimes i could be working longer so will need your help until bed time, but hoping work will be flexible to allow me some time to look after the children if I'm working overtime).
Ideally I want to spend as much time as possible with my children, however I do recognise that it really does take a village!
Thank you :)Languages spoken

We live in a 2 bedroom, you will get your own room that has 2 really comfortable foam single beds, 3 healthy mostly organic meals a day.
What else ...
We live very close to the bus stops, 15min walk from town centre, 25min walk from the train station. We have beautiful views of the Moors from the living room, and live right across a decent park. Town centre has plenty of shops that match the town's hippy / well-being / handmade / artistic nature. Food at restaurants here is superb, with plenty of cuisine choice. We live very close to the coast and there are natural reserves and beautiful scenery in every direction. Closest cities are Plymouth and Exeter.
