Hello.
I am Eduardo and I live in a peaceful and beautiful beach called Armacao, and I am looking for basic help to fix up my two bedroom house. The house is simple, not for everyone, it is roots. So if you need lots of comfort and fancy things this is not it. But if you like nature and are grateful for having a roof over your head and good food on the table, I will be more than happy to share a bit of my life with you. The house usually is very messy, chaotic. I had a guest that is an youtuber and she showed a lit bit of the house and also a bit of the area (south of the island) on her youtube channel (isaenruta), let me know if you´ve seen the video :). I try to respond quickly but sometimes it can take a few days for a reply, and sometimes I get requests that I fell like the person didn´t even read my profile those type of requests are left behind and usually I answer them after weeks because they really put me off. The house is in a walking distance (6 minutes) from the beach and there will be plenty of time to enjoy it. Surfing, taking long walks, swimming in the ocean or just relaxing by the beach.
I've been living in Florianopolis for over 20 years and I'll be happy to take the time to talk to you about all the goods in the Island. As well as being flexible with work hours so you can enjoy your stay here.
Help
At this moment I need help mostly with taking care of the house and my cat Nina. As well as cleaning, organising things. Maybe we can adventure ourselves in some construction project, or general repair, gardening, heavy duty gardening, wood work, or painting, etc. But I think for the following months it will be mostly just house sitting. I have been spending quite some time with my mom, so it will be just you and Nina in the house for a few days when I visit her. At the moment I can only host people that can stay at least 2 weeks. If you have any questions about anything please let me know.

I love to practice and learn about any language, as well as sometimes mix them all together and communicate using 3, 4 different languages lol.
Accommodation
The house is very simple, not much comfort but you will have your private room and share the rest of the house with me.
Food will be shared.
At the moment I can not provide food for workawayers, so we will share basic food expenses.
Full kitchen access: you can cook whatever you want at any time you want.
Hot/warm shower.
A few surfboards, a tandem kayak, a sailboat and an old bicycle to be shared.
What else ...
Please let me know if you are travelling with a sleeping bag or not.
I used to have a few Gold Tegu lizards hanging around in the front patio of the house, but then a cat decided to live with me and now the lizard are gone. So some frogs started to show up in the front patio, and sometimes they come inside the house. Also, without the lizards some spiders are hanging around in the front patio, Nephilengys Cruentata, or Aranha de Telhado. They are not poisonous so I live them be. And occasionally Nina will show up in the house with a baby lizard or baby snake in her mouth, I never kill them and I hope you won´t either.
