At our organization, we have been practicing healing retreats with sacred plant medicines for over two years as a center, much more as individual healers and shamans. We are a married couple, Peruvian and US, with a one year old daughter and small Peruvian dog. On our time off from retreats we enjoy going on treks, visiting ancient sites all over Peru, picking up supplies from the jungle, passing time with different tribes we have made friends with along the way and helping out where we can. Being outside of the city the setting here is very relaxed, we go on hikes, do yoga and practice meditation. The center is vegetarian, though we do eat eggs. We enjoy good conversations about ideas, traveling, arts, aliens/ancient life and gardening tips. There is internet in the town above the center, we have a wifi chip that can be used in emergencies.
We practice noble silence/meditation it is imperative you be able to keep this!

Those who are interested in Sacred Plant Medicines of the Amazon and Andes, will have the opportunity to learn of the treatments we offer. We work with sacred plants ayahuasca, san pedro (wachuma), kambo frog, yopo, rapai and more during our retreats. We speak English and Spanish for those interested in improving their spanish skills, we can help. The location is quite rural and you will begin to have a true understanding of how Andean Peruvians live in this more relaxed setting and countryside. Around the centre there is plenty of hiking in the mountains behind us and ancient archeological sites close by. Though we are removed from the city there is still public transportation here, also an internet cafe a 7 minute walk away.
It is HIGHLY IMPORTANT to us we are exchanging energy with humble high vibrational travelers who have experience in (yoga. meditation. film. or photography.)
Our centre is a peaceful setting in a small Peruvian village about an hour from Cusco in the Sacred Valley. Because we do healing retreats for a few days to two weeks, we need help around the centre. Our retreat center is working on the garden and new photos atm. The finishing touches are something we need help with at this moment.
During the exchange we may ask for help gardening, taking guests on hikes, making fires, housesitting, animal care, cleaning and shopping, just a little help here and there to lighten our workload. Maybe dogsitting too, if we go on a trek or to the jungle for supplies, we have one small Peruvian hairless dog named Mini, she is friendly and sweet. If you are interested in childcare, we may ask for you to watch our daughter for an hour or two at most while we are home.
Tell us a little bit about how you could contribute to our centre and we would be glad to have you. We ask you be of a mature mindset and self motivated.

We have shared rooms. The accommodation is a shared dorm space, food and accomodation, breakfast and lunch. There are hot showers and two downstairs bathrooms for shared used. If you need towels we can provide this and of course the rooms come with sheets and heavy blankets for the cold nights here in Cusco.
We are a short collective ride from the town of Pisac. There is also the ruins of Pisac, Lagunas and Lares mountain right near us. Not to mention medicinal baths and hot springs. You can easily get to many attractions in the Sacred Valley from our area. To mention a few, Ollantaytambo, Urubamba, Quillabamba, Machu Picchu and more. Pisac is a well known town right by us as well, that is enjoyable for spending a day walking around seeing shops, good restaurants and healers such as massages/alt therapies.
