    +++UPDATE+++
    JULY 30, 2018
Thanks for the overwhelming amount of responses. We had over 100 apply and are eager to still hear from you if this initiative sounds like something you want to take part in (especially developers for our github), remotely, or just by being part of the growing community members. Please feel free to drop a note still, so we can keep you in our growing list of interested helpers who want to change the future of food. All our appreciation for your enthusiasm, inspiration and passion.

WELCOME TO THE OPEN-SOURCE AGRIHUB INITIATIVE

As a fellow workawayer I absolutlely love the collaborative experiences that come out of sharable platforms like this. Speaking of platforms, your host has been working on building a farm-to-fork network creating access to space, tech, and info in an open-source, peer-to-peer way. Currently we are based in Hamburg, a beautiful city in Germany where we hope to launch our startup process after several months of accelleration in Amsterdam. You will be staying in an open loft, with 360 degree view of Hamburg, with access to everything in the heart of the city. It is Altona, considered to be the radical, or alternative, free area.

My name is Sky, and like my mother said, I inherited a name that is without limit. I am a free spirit, open to all cultures, creeds, races and nationalities, gay-friendly, sustianable innovator, who loves, yoga, health, good food, music, who left behind the capitalistic hustle NYC corporate world to dive into my purpose to help humanity realize its fullest potential (access vs. ownership), and who finds love in all types of people, of all ages, and backgrounds as I have traveled extensively and see that no matter how diverse we are, we share so much in common, and our vibe attracts our tribe.

In search of some other enthusiastic partners, or contributors, who like me, work for the labor of love, mainly in web development or network design, until we finish our seed one funding rounds, which we are currently in- and expanding our partnerships with other agtech entities. I am an American ex-pat who is still learning his German, so could also use some good lessons there too.

    COMPANY OVERVIEW:

As a distinct agribusiness initiative we are designed to solve fragmented urban farming market, reduce complexity, and the lack of access to space, info and tech as an open-source Farm-To-Fork (F2F) AgriHub community. It is scalable through replicable "AgriHub" template that makers can adapt in any area, which enable navigation, search and match resources to:

    +Maximize sustainable crop yield.
    +Raise consumer awareness and engagement.
+Repurpose empty space to generate extra revenue.
    +Offer incentives within a peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace.
+Facilitate local transaction within 100mile/160km radius.
    +Find healthy, fresh, local food.
    +Find customers for farmers crops.
+Find space and technology to grow food and make money.
+Provide "special access" to cutting edge resources (info, agtech, smart farming) for growing distributed food democratically, designed for smart cities.
+We are designed to solve the food system problems for:

PROBLEMS WE ARE FOCUSED ON SOLVING:

PEOPLE: who lack the space, resources and incentives to grow locally
FARMERS: who lack local distribution channels and want to maximize their yield
CONSUMERS: who lack convenience, choice, trust, and local behaviors
INDUSTRY: lack ability to feed everyone, wasted resources, compromised safety, empty space not being used, centralized, linear
ENVIRONMENT: lacks regenerative, biodiverse approach to sustain healthy food, energy/resource consumption crisis, eco-friendly, holistic approach

+learn from growing urban farm AgTech startup community in germany
+enjoy a beautiful, safe, and central neightboorhood and home
    +earn cryptocurrency in the company
+collaborate on a project that is aiming to fulfill the United Nations SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) to end hunger and create a better food and farming system

You will be enjoying the heart of Hamburg, the greenist city in Germany, built on a beautiful lake, and has more canals than Amsterdam or Venice. Your host is living a simple life, having given up a lot of the old ways of infinite consumption, and likes self-sufficient, self-reliance, although that space we share is a beautiful loft, with space to spare. You will be provided comfortable surroundings, breakfast and dinner, I love food sharing, which is why I am doing what I am doing to help local communities grow more of their own.

I have 20yrs experience in entertainment, advertising, amounted a vast network of influencers, movers and shakers, and have grown up with sustainable parents who live off grid in an Earthship community, so I often can be a walking encyclopedia of information, and looking to get others engaged, and change behaviors at the emotinal level, and provide new incentives for a new world.

Aside from just learning about all this, you might find yourself wanting to join a growing team in action, as we go out and hit the ground at markets, festivals to onboard members, while also working to build and improve the farm-to-fork platform already existing.

Open to all types of innovative individuals, but a great fit would be somoene who knows, or wants to learn more about Farming, Food, AgTech, sustainable priciples, collaborative economy, informational technology, web developement, app development, networks and social deisgn.

Open to any ideas or unique out of the box approaches. I would say 3-5hrs, for 4-5days would be needed, depending on what we get done together, and of course weekends you will be free to enjoy personal aspirations as you desire.

Everyday there is plenty to help on; brainstorming, emailing new collaborators, customer conversions, organizing information, Ux developing and programming updates for the website, improving our IT, creating new social media campaigns, editing executive business plan (whitepaper) equipping it for cryptocurrency and blockchain investment, market analysis, stategic planning, data and project management.
