Hola a todos. Mi nombre es Gustavo.
Me gusta el campo y dedico una parte de mi tiempo a actividades relacionas con la naturaleza.
Tengo un terreno de 1000m2 aprox. a 7 km del centro de la ciudad de Pucallpa donde estoy construyendo una pequeña casa de madera tipo cabaña la cual está rodeada de áreas verdes (algunos árboles y pasto) y necesito ayuda para terminarla y consejos para mejorarla.
Ahí mismo quiero empezar un proyecto de biohuerto pero me falta un poco de orientación para poder empezar.
También cuento con una finca a 40 Km de la ciudad en donde actualmente tengo sembrado naranjas, limones, plátanos y palma aceitera pero quiero aprovechar el terreno aún disponible para sembrar otras especies. Eventualmente también necesito ayuda en esta parte.

I also have a farm 40 km from the city where I currently plant oranges, lemons, bananas and oil palm, but I want to take advantage of the land still available to plant other species. Eventually I need help on this part too.

I need help to finish the wooden house and help with ideas to improve it. I also need to repair the wooden fence.
I also want to make a bio-garden where I can plant vegetables and fruits, but I have no idea where to start and I could use a hand from someone who knows more than me.
The land where I want to do it is located 7 km from the city center and it is a very quiet and pleasant area to rest away from the bustle, chaos and unbearable heat of the city, but at the same time close to anything that is needed.
Additionally, I have a farm 40 km from the city in which I want to start a rotating crop project (rice, corn, beans, soybeans, etc...) in which I need guidance to start.

Necesito ayuda para terminar la casa de madera y ayuda con ideas para mejorarla. También me falta reparar el cerco de madera.
También quiero hacer un biohuerto donde pueda sembrar verduras y frutas, pero no tengo idea por donde empezar y me vendría bien una mano de alguien que conozca más que yo.
El terreno donde quiero hacerlo se encuentra ubicada a 7 Km del centro de la ciudad y es una zona muy tranquila y agradable para descanzar lejos del bullicio, caos y calor insoportable de la ciudad, pero al mismo tiempo cerca para cualquier cosa que se necesite.
Adicionalmente cuento con una finca a 40 Km de la ciudad en la cual quiero empezar un proyecto de cultivos rotativos (arroz, maíz, frejol, soja, etc...) en el cual necesito orientación para empezar.

El lugar queda a 7 Km del centro de la ciudad de Pucallpa, en la misma casa de madera que estoy construyendo. La casita tiene dos habitaciones, un baño, una cocina y una sala.
Aún no compro las camas ni los muebles, pero puedo poner colchones para que tengan donde dormir si desean quedarse en este lugar.

El lugar está ubicado en el km7 de la carretera principal donde se puede encontrar todo tipo de movilidad.
En el km6 se encuentra el terminal terrestre y mercado y en el km3 y 4 se encuentran los centros comerciales.

Amplio espacio para estacionar motos, autos, camionetas, etc... pero si cuentas con una autocaravana me avisas para modificar la entrada y hacerla más amplia para que pueda ingresar tu vehículo. Tengo un lugar con amplio espacio para mascotas. Espero que sean amistosos porque tengo un perro en ese espacio.
