Description
Availability for from November 2024. - Note we only host one person at a time,
and no men over 30y old.
Come and join my 11y old son Phil, our cute Prague Ratter puppy Cooper, his pinscher girlfriend Litchi, and our two Ragdoll cats, and me (Marion, late 40s) in our home in the South of France.
You’d be helping around the house and garden, and with pet & childcare (games, parc/football, homework, spending time together as buddies). In addition to that, I have a lot of items to be listed on Vinted; this would be a daily job of yours.
We speak German, English & French - however at home it's typically English. We live in Biot, close to Antibes, ie between Nice and Cannes and a train ride from Monaco. It’s a 4 bedroom house with garden and pool. You‘d have your modern room with mezzanine area double bed. The room has piano, a sauna, and is adjacent to a modern shower room on the ground floor.
We have our rooms & bathrooms upstairs.
Food & drink are of course provided!

We’d expect an average of 4-5/hours on 5 days a week/ times are flexible so you have time for your activities.

We speak English, German and French (
in that order!) and are great animal lovers.
Our home is well located between Nice and Cannes, close to Antibes, the biggest sailing port in Europe. Good public transport to explore the area.
Note you will not be able to improve your French with us!

Accommodation
You will stay in a modern room with air con & a 140cm wide bed in the mezzanine area, directly under the stars. The room is equipped w/ a piano and sauna, and is adjacent to shower room w/ WC and washing machine/dryer.
You have full access to all communal areas (kitchen, living/dining room and garden with pool).
Excellent wifi. - Private parking inside residence, i.e. in front of garage.
We are located in walking distance to: shopping centre, parc, running trails and bus stops.
Due to cats & dogs our home is not suitable if you are allergic.
We are happy to cater for vegetarians although we occasionally eat fish & meat ourselves.
Vegan guests are welcome as ling as you take the lead on food preparations; we are happy to partially follow.
What else ...
Biot is located close to Antibes, between Nice and Cannes. A train ride to Monaco. Local transport nearby.
We live in a beautiful green area where you ll be able to explore sth new every day.
Shopping centre, parc, running trails around the corner.
