  Description

  House in Burnaby BC that was a rental for a long time ago now moved back in and would like help to finish up making it nice again. Over this past year we have done most of the repairs and the last thing is to paint the window sills, paint some rooms and maintain the garden. We have two people living there who work fulltime but room for one person who might like to help out with those tasks for a week or two. It does get busy with visitors in the summer though so its a full house sometimes with friends or family from out of town. Happy to show people BC as I don't want to be working all day I plan to do a lot of biking, beach and exploring islands this summer.

  Own bedroom, can provide food but share cooking because I like to be gone doing activities so not always home at meal times people can fend for themselves most of the time

  Smoking must be done away from the house or it goes in the windows. Time off - easy to use public transportation but there is parking for a vehicle if have one. Usually I am happy to drive if invited to join the fun. I'm of the philosophy that if its a nice day its time to go do activities - save the helping for cloudy days. I do not expect people to help if there are better things to go do. I usually do a bit in the morning when its cooler then go hiking or to the beach. I have no time limit to get anything done except a little outside painting before it starts to rain.
