  House in Burnaby BC that was a rental for a long time now moving back in and would like company to make it a home again. Just me with four bedrooms and happy to show people BC and or the Yukon as I spend half my time in Whitehorse mountain biking paddling skiing etc.

  Dinner parties, outdoor activities like hiking, biking, skiing, paddling around Vancouver area. I used to be a teacher and can help with learning English.

  A little painting, gardening, looking for fun furniture to fill the house. I just can't move big stuff myself and not very creative so could use someone who likes to do that. This is not a b and b its a home open to hosting friends and family.

  Own bedroom, can provide food but share cooking because I like to be gone doing activities so not always home at meal times people can fend for themselves most of the time

  Smoking must be done away from the house or it goes in the windows. Time off - easy to use public transportation but there is parking for a vehicle if have one. Usually I am happy to drive if invited to join the fun. I'm of the philosophy that if its a nice day its time to go do activities - save the work for cloudy days. I do not expect people to work if there are better things to go do. I usually do a bit in the morning when its cooler then go hiking or to the beach. I have no time limit to get anything done except a little outside painting before it starts to rain

  There is room to park but its better to sleep in the house as the driveway is on a slope.

  If the dog won't run away its fine but there is no fence. Cats are not preferred due to allergies.
