  • Description

    Description

We are a 50-something couple on a farm in the countryside, about 20 km west of the town of Quesnel, not far from historical gold-rush town of Barkerville and nearby arts town of Wells, BC, in the heart of the Cariboo region of British Columbia, Canada.

We raise Cashmere goats, Icelandic sheep and chickens, as naturally as we respectfully can, all under the watch of Akbash guardian dogs and one (half dog - don't tell her we said that) border collie/blue heeler. Here we produce much of our own hay and while not focused on organic, we are continuously working to improve our animal husbandry, and land and garden stewardship practices to achieve sustainable balance.
