Description
We are excited to announce that we are recruiting several Workaway volunteers for the 2024/2025 season, starting on November 1st, 2024, running until the end of April ’25.
As a Workaway, you'll be working alongside us (Jon and Leah) and our amazing Thai staff to help our Hostel run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. We’re looking for confident and approachable individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and helping them have a great time on our beautiful island.
The minimum stay is one month, but we prefer if you can commit to two months. The work schedule is approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days a week.
In exchange for your help, we offer:
• Free accommodation in either a dorm or a separate bungalow designated for Workaways.
• A free scooter for the duration of your stay.
• Access to cooking facilities - with breakfast and other ingredients included.
• Discounted drinks at the bar.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working in a hostel or have spent a good amount of time staying in hostels and understand the level of service that backpackers expect.

General help looking after the Hostel and Guests, making sure veryone is happy and enjoying thier stay.
