Description
I live with my family on a farm in Patagonia. During the summer season, we run a tourism business, renting cabins and offering river rafting and mountain hiking. We have dogs, cats, chickens, and horses along the banks of three rivers, nestled in the forest. We also grow our own produce from our garden, greenhouse, and fruit trees. It's the perfect place to relax and connect with nature.
Vivo junto a mi familia en un campo en Patagonia, dedicados en temporada de verano al turismo con arriendo de cabañas y descensos del río y trekking por senderos de montaña. Tenemos perros, gatos, gallinas y caballos a orillas de tres ríos junto al bosque. Además nos dedicamos al autoabastecimiento de productos de nuestra huerta, invernadero y arboles frutales. Un sitio ideal para estar tranquilos conectados la naturaleza.

There is the possibility of communicating and sharing experiences with the neighboring rural community, educational exchanges and community projects in the town of Palena if you wish, since we are a small community isolated from urban centers and therefore, exchanges and help are always interesting.

Help
We need a responsible couple or two friends who want to experience living in Patagonia during the winter. They can help us look after our house and feed our pets during the winter months. We're looking for independent people with experience being alone, as the nearest neighbors are more than 1 km away. Ideally, we'd like to have a car to travel to the nearest town, which is 13 km from the property, as there is no public transportation.
Necesitamos un par de amigos o pareja responsables con deseos de experimentar el vivir en Patagonia en invierno. Que nos ayuden a cuidar de nuestra casa y dar de alimento a nuestras mascotas en periodo invernal. Ser personas autónomas y con experiencia en estar solos, dado que los vecinos más próximos estás a mas de 1 km. Por lo mismo necesitamos idealmente personas que vengan con vehículo para que puedan viajar al pueblo más próximo, distante a 13 kms del campo ya que no hay transporte publico.

Accommodation
We offer accommodation in one of our cabins, available for summer use, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. Each cabin features a separate gas stove, wood-burning heating, electric water heating, and a bathroom with a hot shower, all with direct access to rivers and forests. Electricity, potable water, telephone service, and internet access are also provided.
Ofrecemos alojamiento en una de nuestras cabañas habilitadas en verano para nuestros turistas, por lo que les aseguramos una estadía confortable a quienes permanezcan cuidando. Es una cabaña con cocina a gas independiente, calefacción a leña, sistema calefacción del agua eléctrica y baño con ducha agua caliente, todo con acceso directo a ríos y bosques. Cuentan con acceso a electricidad, agua potable , señal telefónica e internet.

It is a perfect place for those who wish to spend the winter in a rural area in Patagonia, peaceful, safe and fully connected to nature, with the possibility of hiking, horseback riding and everything related to rural agriculture.
Es un sitio perfecto para quienes deseen pasar el invierno en un campo en Patagonia, tranquilo, seguro e íntegramente conectados a la naturaleza, con posibilidad de practicar el senderismo, cabalgatas y todo lo relacionado con la agricultura campesina.

En general para 4x2 en invierno es posible el transito siempre con respaldo de cadenas. En caso de nieve siempre recomendamos autonomía para no depender de viajes al pueblo.
