Description
UPDATE AS OF 1st november 2024 (unavalible to further notice, thanks guys!)
Hi all, we are having a break from short term travellers at the moment as I’m full, but I am looking for some cool people to join our farm family for a long term rental from 2nd of NOVEMBER 2024 for 2-3 months rental This might suit long term travellers wanting to settle somewhere for a few months. Everything provided including bills and access to our beautiful organic gardens, eggs and honey. In exchange we ask for help around the farm, feeding animals, gardening, and theres potential for extra work cleaning the accommodation, or if you have experience even running everything while i do some small amounts of travelling!
Please send me a detailed application as why you want to join our lovely community. There are 4 other adults and 2 kids who live on the property all in their own spaces so very private. Sorry but we dont have any storage space or room for extra kids.
Emma
We are looking for a couple or single from the for a min of 2-6 months. We have a funky caravan all set up with your own space, veranda kitchen and shower and toilet We just ask in exchange for 10-15 hours a week to help feed the animals and some gardening. We eat meat but vegetarians and vegans welcome. We provide eggs, honey, bread and organic produce from the garden and we do some communal meals too. People with skills of carpentry and building highly sort after but not necessary. We have now finished our bus conversion, have just finished a tiny house on wheels and have built another!
We will favour people wanting to stay a month or more as most people that stay here come for a few weeks and stay a few months! Look forward to meeting you! YOU MUST HAVE OWN CAR! There’s no public transportation from here.

Hi! We have a 20 acre farm at the base of the beautiful Glass House Mountains, Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia. We run a bed and breakfast and farm stay, where people can come and stay with us and enjoy the farm life. We have a variety of farm animals including miniature pigs, alpaccas, dexter cows, chickens, miniature goats, sheep, quails, ducks and dogs. We are aiming to be self sufficient as possible and have a huge organic vegetable garden, we have our own beef, pork and egg supply, honey and are starting to plant fruit trees and expand our food production. It is the perfect base to explore the sunshine coast, only 20 min to the beach, one hour from Brisbane and just down the rd from Australia Zoo.
We are a couple in our early 40’s with a 7 year old and 4 year old boys, many animals, gardens and a farm stay business. So come and stay with us at the farm and explore the beautiful sunshine coast. Oh and if you love food and cooking this is the place to be.

Hi everyone. We are building a organic garden from scratch and would love help with getting this up and running,(UPDATE: this is in full production and we eat every day from the garden, we still maintain it regulary and can teach yu too) help putting up a greenhouse, (completed) help feeding all of our animals, and general farm duties. We do all live in the main house (and now have a funky caravan which is just for the workaway crew) so its a 'everyone helps' communal lifestyle, and you will be required to all pitch in and help. Plenty of free time an welcome to join us when we go to the markets and beaches ect.. you will need a car to stay here.
