    Description

I'm Jay. I moved to this property on 2020.

The farm is located on a small hillside of the Coastal Mountain Range in Fuli Township, Hualien County, facing the Central Mountain Range. It is about a 10-minute drive, or a 30-minute walk, from Fuli Railway Station. Below the farm are wide rice fields, and the surroundings are simple and quiet.

The farm focuses on self-sufficiency. The main sources of income are eggs and native chili peppers from eastern Taiwan. Food production is based mainly on perennial plants, with only a small amount of annual crops. For daily living and construction needs, natural materials and locally available resources are used as much as possible.

Life here follows a slower rhythm and is closely connected to hands-on work. This is not a tourist farm, nor a place centered around activities or experiences. It is a place where daily life and the land are quietly maintained together.
