Built under the concept of country houses, we are nestled on the right bank of the Douro River, in Santa Cruz do Douro, Baião (75 Km Porto I 1hour). They comprise a group of four houses, ideal for friends or family, presenting a natural haven and a sublime harmony between the mountains and the river.
The house designs combine modernity with the soul of a small village, allowing for a high level of comfort, a discreet elegance and a friendly atmosphere.

We are searching for enthusiastic and positive young person (25-35 years) to make part of working team and help us in our guest houses, from May2025 to October2025.
Importante information:
We do not accept men and couples due to shared accommodation.
Project for 2025:
- Help with the general maintenance of the accommodation;
- Help with the check-in and check-out of the tourists;
- Help with the organization and promotion of the activities for the tourists.
Host offers payment - We offer a wage, equivalent to the minimum of wage in Portugal per hour.

Accommodation
We provide you with shared accommodation in one of the houses. The staff house has a living-room (cabel tv, sofas, internet), two bathrooms, three bedrooms and kitchen (all equipped), where the staff prepare the breakfasts for the tourists, and where our staff have their own meals.
We offer our volunteers accommodation.
What else ...
We are looking for volunteers with initiative, willing to learn, enjoy the work in the garden and interact with the guest.
