  Description

  We are a family living on the island of Mallorca, in the capital, Palma de Mallorca, just 10 minutes from the centre by bus. We live in a detached house with a swimming pool. Here the climate is sunny, and it is a cosmopolitan place, with a great variety of beautiful beaches, cultures and nationalities, as Palma is a capital of tourism.
  At home we are five: dad, mum, the twins Alex and Sara, 5 years old and the little baby Jon, one year old, we also have a little dog who is very homely and quiet. We are looking for a girl who wants to come and play with the children, do some housework related to the children and practice English and/or German. We would like the girl to be able to understand and speak Spanish.
  Furthermore, we are convinced that you will have a great experience, because we are an outgoing, close-knit and very normal family. You will have a large room and bathroom for yourself upstairs, so you can have your own privacy separate from our stay downstairs.
  
  
  Somos una familia que vivimos en la isla de Mallorca, en la capital, Palma de Mallorca, a escasos 10 minutos del centro en autobús. Vivimos en una casa unifamiliar con piscina. Aquí el clima es soleado, y es un lugar cosmopolita, con una gran variedad preciosas playas, culturas y nacionalidades, ya que Palma es una capital del turismo.
  En casa somos cinco: papá, mamá, los mellizos Álex y Sara, de 5 años y el pequeño bebé Jon, de un año, también tenemos un perrito pequeño que es muy casero y tranquilo. Estamos buscando una chica que quiera venir a jugar con los niños, a realizar algunas tareas domésticas relacionadas con los niños y practicar inglés y/o alemán. Nos gustaría que la chica entendiera y supiera hablar español.
  Además, estamos convencidos que vivirá una experiencia genial, porque somos una familia extrovertida, muy unida y muy normal. Tendrás una amplia habitación y baño para ti en la planta de arriba, pudiendo tener tu propia intimidad separada de nuestra estancia que es en la planta de abajo.

  We are looking for a girl to stay in our house from January 2023.
  Normally she would have to help us with the children in the mornings before school (from 7:00h to 9:00h).
  In the afternoons, helping me with the twins and with the baby playing, helping with the bath, dinner...

  Accommodation

  Our property is a detached villa of about 300m2 built, located in a residential area, quiet, 10 minutes by bus from the centre.
  It is a large 2-storey house with a saltwater swimming pool. On the ground floor is where we always stay. There are the children's bedrooms and our bedroom, the kitchen and the living room. Upstairs there is a small gym with TV (access to Netflix, Prime video) and a large room for the girl. It is a very large room with double bed, dressing room and bathroom inside the room. We have underfloor heating and air conditioning.
  You can take the bus next to the house which takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. There is the possibility to walk to the centre (about 30 minutes), where you can find restaurants, bars, cinemas, beach...
  
  Nuestra vivienda es un chalet unifamiliar de unos 300m2 construidos, ubicado en una zona residencial, tranquila, a 10 minutos en autobús del centro.
  Es una casa grande de 2 plantas con piscina de agua salada. En la planta de abajo es donde estamos siempre. Están las habitaciones de los niños y la nuestra, la cocina y el salón comedor. En la planta de arriba hay un pequeño gimnasio con televisión (acceso a Netflix, Prime video) y una amplia habitación para la chica. Es una habitación muy grande con cama de matrimonio, vestidor y baño completo dentro de la habitación. Tenemos calefacción (suelo radiante) y aire acondicionado.
  Se puede coger el autobús al lado de casa que lleva al centro en 10 min. Existe la posibilidad de llegar andando al centro ( 30 minutos aproximadamente), donde podrá encontrar restaurantes, bares,cines, playa…
