We are a tourism business located in Wells Gray Park. We run Boat Tours, Canoe and Kayak rentals, Guided Canoe trips both day and overnight and run a Small Cafe. This is a great opportunity to explore this 1.3 million acres of Wilderness. Canoes and kayaks are available to workers in the evenings or on days off. Staff Accommodation is included, We provide staple foods and you bring the rest. We have run this business as a Family since 2001. Our children have grown and have gone on to new adventures. This gives us the opportunity to have new people fill those spots in our business. Workawayers will have to have proper work visas and will be paid minimum wage to start.

Hi, Was a pleasure working with these 2 special Girls. Worked hard and got along with the rest of the crew. Really enjoyed having them at our business.
Doris and I had the pleasure to have Olga join our Team this past Summer season. She was a great help and we hope to have her back again if she is out our way. Very Honest and Hard Working! Thanks . Cheers Gord
This summer İ got a great opportunity to be a part of Wells Grey Park team and experience wilderness of BC.
I spent almost 3 months working with Gord and Doris and can say that they are both amazing and most loyal hosts you can wish for. Very supportive and super flexible always ready to help any time you aşk for.
From end of June till mid of… read more September my main duties were running til in the cafe, serving tables, renting kayaks/canooes and preparing food when the head shief was on a day off.
Overall I need to mention that the nature is just great there. You live in the forest surounded by lakes, mountains and waterfalls. From cabin and cafe where you stay and work there are plenty of space for hiking, fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you are an adventurest and nature loved person you will adore your summer spent in this place.
The work is more fun then rutine. The team and co-workers are a lot of fun and support so no stress or presure during your working hours.
Just keep in mind that Wells Grey Park is a remote area and you will definitely need a car to reach a nearest store or supermarket. Plus this is a pet friendly cabins for staff and some co-workers bring thier dogs for summer season. That is why be ready to share the kitchen, sofa and terrace with one of your neibour dog and prepare yourself for constant barkıng from morning to evening. The best solution maybe to bring your own dog so it will always have fun there. And my advice to come here for 3-4 months not alone but with your best friend or partner. So then you will have your privat cabin for both of you and if you bring a dog with you then you will have unforgotable workaway experience.
İ hope next summer i will be able to return to this place with my boyfriend.
Thanks a lot Gord and Doris for all your support and kindness. You are a great couple and awesome manager.
Hope to see you again
Cheers
