Description
We recently moved to this beautiful mountain flat with our two little girls and are still settling into our new home and surroundings. We'd love some help from friendly Workawayers — whether that's keeping the kids company, going on little adventures in the mountains with them, or simply playing while we tackle the many tasks that come with a new home. If you love the idea of being in the mountains right on your doorstep — perfect for hiking, wandering and simply being in nature — alongside the warm chaos of family life, this is your place.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We're not locals ourselves, but moved to Switzerland many years ago. Our home is a little melting pot in itself — between us, four languages are spoken under one roof, namely German, Russian, English and French. We approach life in this region with a lot of curiosity and openness, and we'd love for you to experience an authentic, rural side of Switzerland alongside us — far from the tourist trails, surrounded by mountains, meadows and real village life

Help
The main focus would be spending time with our two young children — playing with them, going for walks in the surrounding meadows and play ground, or simply being a fun and caring presence during the day.
May also be some light help around the house from time to time — small everyday tasks, nothing heavy, just pitching in as part of family life.If you happen to love cooking, we'd absolutely welcome that — but it's truly not expected.

Accommodation
During their stay, Workawayers will have the children’s play room to themselves as a private bedroom.
There is a bunk bed available, or alternatively a mattress can be provided. There's also a sofa in the living room available if preferred.
And if you're a fan of sleeping under the stars, you're very welcome to pitch a tent — there's plenty of space around the house for that.Meals are shared with the family.
What else ...
Our village is a little special — it can only be reached by cable car, which makes it feel wonderfully removed from the hustle of everyday life! There is a road, but it may only be used with a special permit. Don't worry though — we'll happily pick you up with our car from the valley below and bring you up ourselves.
