Our family has expanded over the years, we have a lively little girl. Complementing the family crew are our spirited cat and affectionate dog, always up for some quality hangout time.

Our home is situated just 45 minutes by car from downtown Oaxaca, in a very secure area. Transportation is available with collective taxis for a budget-friendly fare of 20-30 pesos.
Explore our charming neighborhood, home to the renowned art center "Centro de las Artes," and engage in friendly conversations with the welcoming locals. While the activities may lean towards enjoying the serene natural surroundings and the art scene, you'll also discover a small expat community adding to the cultural tapestry.
As one of the only villages with water access around Oaxaca, San Agustin counts with 4 outdoor swimming spots, known as "Balnearios," all within walking distance.
For your culinary delights, there are some local eateries just a 2 to 10-minute walk away, along with shops offering fresh produce.
