  Description

  We have just finished renovating an abandoned hostel on the beach in M’pai bay, Cambodia and we are now looking for some friendly and outgoing volunteers to help build up its reputation.
  M’pai bay is a small fishing village on Koh Rong sanleom with lots of character, you can see the bioluminescent plankton at night and there are plenty of long nature hikes if you love nature.

  There will be plenty of social activities available while you’re here. There are lots of different hostels who provide lots of games and drinks.
  There is a big marine conservation group on the island so if you are interested there are always things you can do with that if you choose, such as beach clear ups.

  Help

  We would love to have people who enjoy living on an island. It is a small village so there isn’t loads to do during the day but we will have a variety of tasks to get on with. Our ideal volunteer is someone who is coming to the island because they want to be a part of the project, not just to get things for free.
  
  We need people who are happy to help tidy the grounds and make it ready for visitors and others who will be confident helping guests to their room and assisting with their needs. We would also love to meet some skilled artists to help make the place stand out, and to leave their mark on the beautiful island.
  We would love to work with people who have experience with fire dancing, DJing or any specialised party skills as well as more relaxing talents such as yoga teaching, massaging and enhancing general wellbeing.
  We will be working alongside you every day with an all hands on deck attitude.
  
  We are looking for friendly and outgoing people who are happy to get stuck in. It will be a very satisfying job where you can see exactly what you’ve put into it!
  Generally the tasks will be broken down into light housekeeping, general garden maintenance and customer facing roles and you will be able to pick one of the three options each day depending on what your preference is.
  
  We will also be looking for long term volunteers between June - September to stay in the property free of charge to help keep the place clean and to look after the pets.
  
  We do not provide food for our volunteers as we do not currently have a kitchen but the food in the surrounding restaurants is super affordable.
