    Description

Albertan acreage in the Foothills of the Canadian Rockies half an hour from Calgary, surrounded by beauty and peace, horses, piggies, chickens, bunnies and nature. Looking for someone to help me with the gorgeous animals and general acreage help. Our area is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and nestled in nature, with hikes and walks nearby and just down the road from Bragg Creek.

I do not sell anything, and my homestead is not a business.

Canadian born and raised, I hope that Workaways will get a true taste of Canada with a welcome to Canada, the Rockies, friendliness and a warm welcome!

  • Help

    Help

Mostly I would love some help cleaning around the house, filling the animal feeders, making sure they have water and that their coops and living quarters are clean.
I would like you to make sure that your own quarters are clean also and that you keep all of the shred spaces in a clean and tidy condition.
I will make sure that there is always plenty of food, and might ask that you cook for yourself when needed. You will not be expected to provide any of your own food, only to cook it!
My property is a smallholding in the Foothills of the Canadian Rockies, not a business.
I generally cannot cater for any specialty diets.

Bedroom in the walkout basement, with your own bathroom.

Workaways will eat shared meals with me and I will provide at least 3 meals a day. On days that I am not cooking, all food and ingredients will be provided, it is never necessary for the Workaways to provide food for themselves.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Bragg Creek, Forget Me Not Pond and the Foothills of the Rockies are all around. The area is beautiful and there are plenty of natural sights and hikes right on the doorstep. I am in to nature and animals which is evidenced by all of my pets which I love very much.
