Description
We are Sander and Lisa. Sander his daily job is electrical engineering, Lisa is an entrepreneur in physiotherapy. Together with Lisa her sister she run's a breeding company, fully biological. We purchased a house and property in 2023. At first we renovated the front house where we live. We completely felt in love with the historical bulbwarehouse, we're renovating this into our dreamhouse the next couple of years. Recently we have been bussy converting the 6000m2 property into a fully biological dahlia breeding facility.
We work really hard but also enjoy life at it's fullest. We love sponteous visits of many of our friends, play spike ball at our property or throw barbecues and late night bunfires.Types of help and learning opportunities

We are living a very social life, lots of friends are spontenous visiting. You can tag along and participate in our family. We love going to a festival every once in a while, feel free to join.
When it's renovated we spend sunny sunday at the boat at our island at the Westeinderplassen (Aalsmeer), you can take the sup or sailboat for a drive.
Sander has a lot of technical and electric knowledge, he is very patient to share with others. Lisa knows about physiotherapy and have plant knowledge.Help
There are many different things you could help us with.
In the winter (jan-march 2025) you could help us finishing the house (small tasks and painting) and help us with our side project the boat (woodwork, sanding, painting).
From march till september 2025 we could get a lot of help with renovating the property. For example more heavy tasks at the garden, weeding the front garden, building a patio.
The help we need is not for our dahlia breeding business, it's strictly for our private house and garden.Languages spoken

In Jan-April you have a private room in our house. There is a bed and a spot for you to chill. You share the toilet and bathroom with us. From May-October we arrange an outside facility to stay (this could be the boat, tent or caravan). We share the toilet and bathroom together.
Anytime of the year there is enough place if you decided to bring your own mobile home/camper.
Mostly Lisa is prepping a healthy meal, you can eat with us. Of you prefer to use the kitchen and prepare your own meal , be our guest. The fridge is always full of food for you, you can take whatever you like during the day. What else ...
We live very close to the dunes and beaches (15 minutes cycle), you can cycle to Haarlem in 20 minutes. The train station is only 5 minutes away, you will reach the city centre of Amsterdam in 30 minutes by train. You can always use the mountainbikes, there is also a MTB track next door.
We live in the centre of the flower bulb district, the fields are flowering in march-april-may.
The cleaning lady visit us every two weeks, but it would be nice if you help us keep the house tidy in between.A little more information
