Description
We are a historic home in rural Co Meath - in Ireland’s Ancient East. The house was built in 1777 and is surrounded by fertile farm land while being only half an hour from Dublin's city centre. It boasts a woodland trail and a romantic garden which is being rediscovered and open to the public on weekends during the Summer months. A French style cafe was added last year in an old coach house within a secluded courtyard. This year we commenced a new Allotment project where local enthusiasts can grow their own vegetables and fruit.

The project involves working alongside the owner to rediscover the gardens and bring them back to their former glory, maintaining a newly excavated woodland trail . Some plumbing and carpentry skills would be useful but not essential . Possible work in woods...felling trees etc. Landscaping projects...There is quite a lot of variation . In the Spring and Summer we run a seasonal cafe and a passion for baking savoury and sweet treats and barista skills useful
