  We are an entrepreneurial family of 6 members who are working together to restore the hacienda and make volunteers feel like part of our history and family. We treat them with respect and provide a warm and friendly environment. Join our team and be part of this adventure!
  
  Within our team, we have the following locally paid staff members and their roles:
  
  1. Manager (Father): Responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the hacienda.
  2. Cleaning and Warehouse Supervisor (Mother): In charge of maintaining cleanliness and organization in the hacienda and managing the warehouse.
  3. Administrator (Brother Enrique): Handles administrative tasks and ensures smooth operations.
  4. Operations Coordinator (Brother Tony): Oversees all operational activities and ensures efficient processes.
  5. Legal Support (Brother Ricardo): Provides legal assistance and handles legal matters related to the hacienda.
  6. Human Resources (Myself, Yrazú): Responsible for managing all aspects related to human resources.
  
  We work together as a team to ensure the success of the hacienda and create a welcoming environment for both volunteers and visitors.

  Travelers who participate in a cultural exchange at the hacienda can obtain several benefits, including: 1. Spanish language learning: By living with and working with a local family, travelers will have the opportunity to improve their Spanish. 2. Cultural experience: Travelers will be able to immerse themselves in Mexican culture and learn about the country's traditions, history, food and music. 3. Insights into life on a hacienda: By living and working on a hacienda, travelers can learn about agriculture and ranching in Mexico, as well as rural life. 4. Skill development: Travelers can develop skills in different areas, such as agriculture, construction, gardening, among others. Additionally, by providing lodging, food, and assistance with transportation, the hacienda offers travelers the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the local culture and experience life in Mexico in an authentic way. The two-week minimum stay and 25 working hours per week allow travelers plenty of time to learn and explore the area.
  
  Los viajeros que participan en un intercambio cultural en la hacienda pueden obtener varios beneficios, entre ellos:

  At the hacienda, we are looking for people who are passionate about customer service to join our front office and administration team. As a member of our team, you will have the important task of making sure our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay at the hacienda. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting with the guest check-in and check-out process, answering questions, and providing information about the ranch and the services we offer. In addition, you will help with domestic tasks such as making the beds and keeping the common areas clean and tidy. In the administration area, you will have the opportunity to help with the reservation system and payments, ensuring that everything is organized and in order so that guests have a smooth and pleasant experience. If you have experience as a tour guide, you can also join our team and organize and guide tours around the city and nearby places so that our guests can explore and discover the history and culture of the region. No previous experience is required, just a positive and enthusiastic attitude to make a difference in our guests' experience.
