  • Description

    Description

We are a Holisiticaly Managed Regenerative Tree farm located inland of Rainbow Beach, using the Keyline Scale of Permanence and Permaculture principles to develop infrastructure, water and tree systems on the farm. The existing Macadamia orchard is in the process of being replanted and converted to organic production. We are approaching a 'closed loop' farming system, recycling most wastes on farm, harvesting our own mulches, making composts and brewing compost teas. Work includes tree planting, orchard work, beekeeping, seed raising, mulching, weeding, brush cutting, and vegetable harvesting. Accommodation for 2 in camper or BYO tent. Food provided for you to prepare your own meals, mixed diet and vegetarian/vegan catered for.
