  Are you dreaming about paradise? This is your chance! We are a magical hostel at a tropical island with the most beautiful vibes. We might be looking for your sparkling personality to make this place even better.
  
  We would like people to smile. A home away from home. Imagine a place where the sand is white and the palmtrees lush. A place where parrots are flying over, deers appear at your hammock and where the monkeys visit at lunch. Got your imagination? We are living it! This pirate island has it all. Oh - and did we already mention the sunsets?
  
  Connect with the people around you and disconnect from the world and your social media. Living easy - as it should be. Meet new people from all over the world, every day.

  We have a local team of 6 people (in high seasons can be more) in charge of kitchen, bar, housekeeping, maintenance and reception. And we need help from people who brings magic to our place.

  The island is the perfect place for practicing your Spanish. Our staff is integrated by 100% Colombian. Dive deep into your cultural exchange. We are here all together. This means a beautiful cultural exchange between volunteers, guests and employees.
  
  You will learn the island life. This means you get the chance to escape from the fast-pacing world. You might find yourself as relaxed as you have ever been.
  
  Basically you will spread the joy of our paradise to the guests. We believe that being happy is making people happy. Smile, pass it on!

  As a volunteer you will be welcoming the guests and making them feel at home. You will show them the island, help them booking the different tours we offer and last but not least: making it an experience never to forget.
  
  We need helpers willing to make the place a special spot for travellers. Help us giving the best client service and/or if you have special skills, please let us know! maybe we're looking for you.
