Description
I am twenty six 27 years old Tanzanian guy who was born and studied in one of the very poor community where kids, youths and women are definitely struggling to build their better life situation.
Since I have registered a non profit organization whereby now we are running different projects for the purposes of helping different communities including my community through better and quality education as I believe that better education equals better future.
I opened a children school where children are attending daily lessons to get better education and we there is madams who are also not well professionally but at least they are helping these kids from poor families and communities.
Another program which we have is sport program for youths under seventeen years old where we give them an opportunity to to play different sports after school program and during the weekend. Youths are playing Football and Netball as one of the physicals exercise to keep them away from engaging with bad groups.
We are located in Arusha district at Sokoni one Ward and it's just ten minutes from the City Center of Arusha and 45 minutes to Kilimanjaro Airport.
PROJECTS
ON GOING PROGRAMS
1. CHILDREN SCHOOL
We run a children school where kids are getting daily lesson from 08:00am to 03:00pm from Monday to Friday. Our kids are aged from two years to six years old where they are taught by using Swahili and Basic English Language by our madams and teachers. We also teach English language for the youths who didn't go to school
2. SPORT PROGRAM.
We currently have 37 youths whereby some are boys and girls who are playing Football and Netball. Most of these youths are from poor families and some are studying Secondary School. We are now looking to participate in some competitions inside the Region.
3. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
We managed to buy a sewing machine where women from poor families who have no skills are trained how to sew clothes in order to be employed or employe themselves. Now we have trained 13 women how to sew and each class is completed within three months.
4. COMPUTER CLASS
We have started a computer class for youths who failed to join advance education and for those who did not go Secondary school where we teach them basic computer.
We believe in team work, therefore me and my team who are operating these programs together with Children, Youths and Women will be more than happy to welcome and host people from different countries in the world and share with us their experiences.

Our organization is located close to Northern Tanzania National Parks, where you will be able to enjoy your free time with us in Tanzania. Arusha is one of the most beautiful regions in Tanzania which has so many things to do including, Waterfalls, Hot spring, Mountains, Coffee Tour, Camping , Biking and Canoeing. All people are charming , happy and beautiful and we are happy to share our knowledge and meet new friends from all around the world. When you will be staying with us in Tanzania we can organize a cooking and Swahili class for you.
Tanzania has more than 120 tribes whereby the very popular is maasai tribe which is one of the tribe which found in Arusha Tanzania. We can share with you our traditional knowledge and skills on your staying with us in Arusha. In addition Arusha there are Vibrant of Night Life including Club, Restaurant and Lounge.

Regarding ;
1. CHILDREN SCHOOL
Since we have been teaching this kids from poor families and the all don’t speak English our first core value is love. Therefore We are looking for a person who will be happy and love our kids in our children school in Arusha and who knows how to teach the kids also who has experience in staying with kids from the age of three years. The main reason of starting this project was to provide better and quality education, we will appreciate if you will be speaking English Language.
Our big Goal is these children from poor families will get a big, better and nice Place to study ( school )where they will get a better education as recommended by government and when they will reach the age to join standard one they join our primary school which we are expecting to be ready in two or three years to come. Kindly be the impact in our project.
2. SPORT PROGRAM
Youths in our teams are very simple with curiosity to learn new skills from different people. Will be happy to host a person with skills in sports ( football /netball ) so as can help the youths with their experiences.
3. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
Now some women have skills to make a new closes and repairing the used, we then wish to host a person with the skills on how to make modern closes so women will have a new knowledge and skills for the better future of being employed or employ themselves.
4. COMPUTER CLASS
The computer class is our very new project which is accompanying English Class, the we will very much like to host he who know / a teacher of computer who will help youths to improve and learn get this knowledge for to help themselves in future.
5. FUNDRAISING PROJECT
We’re looking for volunteers with knowledge or experience of doing fundraising online as well as managing social medias.
We always happy to hear new ideas, skills and learn new culture therefore if you wish to teach us your culture, interest or hobbies like photography, filmmaking, designing, painting, cooking, marketing etc, we will be more than happy

I'm always happy to learn new languages from Anyone around the world so as i can have a light to this kind of language. We will be so excited to teach volunteer how to speak swahili language.
Accommodation
The place where volunteers are staying is a nice, clean and well arranged room within a big gate for security of our volunteer. Inside the room there are two beds . Our bed are equipped with a nice mosquito net and bed cover. There is electricity with switch and bulb twenty four hours. We will be providing three meals a day ( there could a mixture of local food ).
The accommodation and school are currently in the same building that we're currently renting for school, accommodation and class for women and Youths to learn about Tailoring, Sewing and making some animal skin shoes.

3. Chapati ( Pan cake )
4. Mtori ( Banana Soup )
5. Wali maharage ( steam rice with beans )
NOTE: AS WE MENTIONED ABOVE THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF HELP FROM ANYONE AROUND THE WORLD, WE WILL BE PROVIDING ACCOMMODATION AND ALL OUR THREE A DAY WHICH ARE ALL LOCAL FOOD.

Arusha is the main city of Tourism with the accessibilities of many places where you will be sometimes supposed to use means of transport. Down here are some of the main means of transport which we use and you will use.
1. BODA BODA= MOTOR BIKE ( From 2,000 Tsh = 1 Dollar )
2. TUK TUK = THREE WHEELED MOTOR BIKE ( From 700 Tsh= 0.25 Dollar )
3. DALA DALA = MINBUS ( From 700 Tsh = 0.25 Dollar )
4. TAXI ( From 10,000 Tsh = 5 Dollars )
We are very kind people from poor community and we love hospitality from our Heart. Treating every one equally is our Core Value and Sharing the small what we have with those with nothing.
