  Hello!!
  
  My name is Chrystal, and I just purchased a home in the Mountains ( just above the Beach) of beautiful Costa Rica!! I'm an American that's been traveling abroad for the past couple of years (how I learned of this wonderful program!) I love hosting people getting to know new people, I love sharing stories. I am a yoga teacher, have taught many multiple modes of fitness, and I love being active! I also write, and host women's retreats ( yoga & personal development) and am always finding something new to experience! I play the Piano as well & love all forms of music!! If you have an instrument you want to bring and share, sit by a fire at night please feel free too!
  I also love preparing great healthy delicious meals, and solitude. Being in Nature. Hiking, trying new things everyday. Somedays it may just be a few more words of Spanish ( any help there is useful as well) but I still learned something new. I do yoga and fitness everyday, I enjoy being healthy, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Work on it daily. Its built into my routine.

  * Update- I am looking for someone specifically who would like to help create social media content. Creating evergreen content, shooting editing reels etc.. ( Help with marketing for my upcoming retreat.) For this reason I would be willing to accept someone/ couple last minute. And am unblocking my calender just for that. Thank you. Also please read the whole description. If you are looking to stay in Jaco, this is 2100 ft above it, and its not a doable distance without a car. Nor is the right fit for someone who is looking to be in Jaco. Thank you.

  I still continually travel, can share of my travels, and experiences. I have moved countless times, all over the United States. I can teach yoga, meditation, English. I can share many of the things I teach in my women's retreats, personal development techniques, self love rituals, as well as playing the piano. I can share healthy recipes for cooking, I love sharing healthy delicious meals, I love gardening , growing my own food. (Haven't started it here yet)

  Help

  I need help just deep cleaning everything, fixing the place up. daily cleaning tasks etc. various odds and ends jobs. Its a jungle so the house gets dirty, every day. Planting trees and shrubs, If someone is artistic maybe sees something to do- mosaics, murals, oil painting canvases etc. Basic yard maintenance, weeding. I want to put in a garden, build a greenhouse for veggies knowledge in this field is most welcome) I'd also love to build a little meditation bamboo hut? Make artistic statues thru out the property (Ideas I'd love to implement) Some handyman tasks allover. Also knowledge building an infrared sauna, would be great. A lot of daily cleaning maintance etc...
  
  Even web design can be used/ videographers/ photographers/ social media management (for my women's retreats)
  I can host multiples, and can just flow with whoever the universe sends! Someone that can make themselves useful and is willing to switch be versatile in tasks is most appreciated. Also people that are self starters, eager to work, good at finding jobs to do without being micromanaged. There are always daily routine stuff to do. If your a person that likes to make a difference, and likes to be helpful. Im looking for a person that wants to go to bed at night and say, "I got this or that done" here, and the same for your own personal goals. I love to have people come here, and not only help me, but also make progress in their own growth, and their own projects that they are working on! I also love people that are willing to ask for direction, dont mind asking questions so they understand, but once they do, can take it and run and work just fine on their own!

  Accommodation

  Private room and bathroom. You can use the swimming pool whenever you wish. The private room is on its own so you can retreat there for solace or anywhere else on the property.
  I will provide basic ingredients or meals for you or me to make 2 meals a day, plus basic staples for you to make a third at your desired time. Any snacks or supplements you can add on your own, I can sometimes give ya lift when I go to the village for supplies. If Im gone and its more of a house sitting situation, we can discuss before hand, and you would be in charge of providing all of your food. Of course you could use the simple staples that are always in the home. I provide tea and coffee ( water is an artisenal spring fed well) I do love to cook, healthy meals, and love help in preparing them and clean up. But would rather set the expectation as lower, so its beans and rice, eggs as basic staples from me. Or some lovely variety of meals. I got so involved in cooking meals in the past for my workawayers ( which I enjoyed) It counteracted the help I was getting. We can discuss before you arrive, so you can know what to expect, and more than likely itll be a case by case change.

  What else ...

  There are trails all around and waterfalls. Jaco beach is about 20 minutes away, I can sometimes give a lift down, but you can easily hitch a ride with locals (safe) . Otherwise you'll need a taxi ($25) This is a big ATV area, there are 2 restaurants in walking distance, tarzan swings and such. Close to National Parks and reserves. Beautiful ocean views and lots of nature and birds!! Not a party scene, with active night life at all, but beautiful stars and birds! So if looking for a nightly social scene, this isn't your place.
