    Description

🌞Hey, I'm Danny and I’m an eco rebel child at heart. I’m in love with the permaculture inspired idea of making living spaces disappear by surrounding them in thick resilient forests that also provide food and other interesting things.

❤️‍🔥 I don’t always know where this idea will lead me, but I really enjoy the multi-dimensional rewards when I’m actively working on it in my free time and sharing this with others.

🤓To exchange skill, culture and experience with WorkAwayers who already understand the value of this kind of work or curious cats willing to actively give a hand and learn, I'd love for our paths to cross.

🛌WorkAwayers who either wish to stay for a couple of days (or more), to volunteer for a day or just drop by for an educational tour of the project while visiting the island—it’s all possible! You are welcome to reach out and check for availability through chat or a phone call.

🌴Let's connect and drink a coconut at the farm soon! 🙌🏽

  • Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

One key opportunity that will benefit any traveler visiting the farm is learning about the different ways we as humans can remember the connection we all share with nature when we actively engage with it.

Other than this, travelers get the chance to experience a bit of my life in a private natural environment away from the busy world.

I welcome any cultural exchange where both host and guest get to learn about different cultures, make lasting friendships and/or exchange whatever skill or good will there is.

  • Help

    Help

Workawayers are welcome to help alongside farm activities including pruning, planting trees and other work like mulching, applying fertilizer, harvesting, watering, fencing and feeding animals or my diy art projects. Also maintenance work like painting or cleaning is welcomed. All these tasks are done either together with me or independently after receiving clear instruction/communication from me and the opportunity to exchange skill is always open.

    The Koolonkotokonkooketoo (does not bite)

Usually relaxing in big trees surrounding the house and forest. You can try to see if you can spot him, but he’s a bit shy in human presence. He likes to be friendly in dreams and might visit them to show you magical things while on your stay with us. He’s a fierce protector of guests and other animals with good hearts. He also tends to provide unexpected good luck to those he likes.
