We are a couple who look after a summer holiday home by the sea on the Ring of Kerry (South West of Ireland) hosting up to about 20 people. From late April until September we maintain and prepare the accommodation for guests, cook, bake some sourdough bread, maintain outside grounds, etc. The guests that come are mainly involved with sustainability and Eco-projects in Ireland and Europe.

Helping with Tourists
Life skills, human interactive relationship, communication, co-operation, inquiry into all aspects of life when they arise, as well as cooking (some of it will be vegetarian cooking), baking, making sourdough bread, may be doing some small projects, like a small garden, working with plants.
Help wanted for a couple of weeks or so (pretty much at the present time) with clearing and maintaining the outside of the house. Would suit a strong person as there will be lifting, barrowing, digging, small building projects.
You will have your own small bed-room. There is no TV in the house. We are not fond of music, so if you are a lover of all of that this place will not suit you. If you like nature, walks, sea, hills, birds, then you will enjoy it. Also please do not apply if you like to smoke or drink alcohol. We are not against those who do, but if you do you will simply not fit here.
As we mentioned already we are located in the South West of Ireland on the Ring of Kerry. We are located 15 km from the nearest town and 2 km from a small village with a shop, a post office and a cafe. Easy access to mountains, Atlantic, lakes, rivers, lovely walks.
