    Description

We are a family of four, with two young children, living on a hobby farm in the heart of the beautiful Scenic Rim, South East Queensland. Located one kilometer from the small town of Mount Alford our property is quiet and peaceful, blessed with spectacular views and abundant wildlife. Along with a huge variety of native birds, we are regularly visited by kangaroos, possums and even the occasional echidna or koala.

Our animals include a small herd of a dozen cattle, a variety of chicken breeds, ducks, pigs and an old Cattle Dog named Bandit. We also enjoy growing some of our own organic fruit and vegetables.

We are looking for help with some of the daily farm jobs, such as: looking after the poultry, weeding, watering gardens and fruit trees, and other small tasks which may arise.

Visitors will have their own room as well as full access to the house. You will be included in family meals and we are more than happy to show you around the many attractions of the local area.

We look forward to hearing from you and answer any questions you may have.
