Hello.
After working in the emergency first as an forest fireman and after as an medicaliced ambulance driver I have come to live in the countryside after living in Bilbao for 26 years. I am a native of this area and I am immersed in all kinds of tasks that this decision entails. I was born in Ibiza and grew up in the countryside and I am looking for my roots again. A major life change. I live with Robin my kitten.

Mainly living here for a few days and in itself will be an unforgettable experience because it is a very special place. Right now there is a river next to the land that, added to the beauty of the valley and its spectacular skies, make it a place to disconnect and recharge with good energy. The beach is 30 minutes away, and here we have the cathedral of hiking with amazing paths and ravines for trekking or climbing. There are many buildings from the Arabs and it gives a special air to the area. I can offer my knowledge working, as well as cooking paella or fideuá if desired. I learned Basque and I can teach the basics. Also Valencian.
Principalmente el estár viviendo aquí unos días ya en sí será una experiencia inolvidable porque es un sitio muy especial. Ahora mismo hay un río junto al terreno que sumado a la belleza del valle y sus cielos espectaculares, hacen que sea un lugar para desconectar y recargarse de buena energía.
La playa está a 30 minutos, y aquí tenemos la catedral del senderismo con sendas y barrancos alucinantes para hacer trekings o escalar. Existen muchas edificaciones de los árabes y le da un aire especial a la zona.
Yo puedo ofrecer mis conocimientos trabajando, así como cocinando paella o fideuá si se desea.
Aprendí euskera y puedo enseñar lo básico. También valenciano.

Me gusta ir cambiando de tareas para que no se haga pesado cuando algo se convierte en cansino.
Preparar la tierra para un posible huerto ésta temporada, preparar la compostera,
Y, como se puede apreciar, a veces estoy desbordado y toda ayuda será bienvenida.
Yo soy manitas, y voy arreglando todo. Y también puedo enseñar mis conocimientos.

Accommodation
My idea is to offer room and food in exchange for helping me 4 or 5 hours a day having the weekend free.
It's a small House with 2 main spaces, and the uper one it's the one to stay in a sofa bed with fire stoofe and it's also the comun space of the kitchen and bathroom .
With good weather there is also nice place to plant a camping tend if you prefeer it.
Mi idea es ofrecer alojamiento y comida a cambio de ayudarme de 4 a 5 horas diarias, teniendo los fines de semana libre.
Es una casita pequeña y sería quedarse a dormir en el espacio superior en un sofá cama con estufa de leña, y también es el espacio común de cocina y baño.
Con buen tiempo también está la posibilidad de plantar una tienda de campaña si se prefiere.
What else ...
To get here, the best airport is Valencia, which is an hour from here. It is well connected to the city by metro and from there there is a commuter train to Gandía, where I can go. Another option is the Alicante airport, which is less well connected. It has bus or small train, but it takes several hours. The best option is to use the Blablacar platform to share a car, as there are many trips offered. If you come by bus or car then I can pick you up closer, in Ondara or in Dénia.
Para acceder hasta aquí el mejor aeropuerto es el de Valencia que está a una hora de aquí.
Está bien conectado con metro a la ciudad y desde allí hay un tren de cercanías hasta Gandía, donde yo puedo acercarme.
Otra opción es el aeropuerto de Alicante que está peor comunicado. Tiene autobús o tren pequeño, pero tarda varias horas.
La mejor opción es usar la plataforma de Blablacar para compartir coche, pues hay muchos viajes ofertados hasta la zona.
Si se viene en bus o coche entonces puedo recoger más cerca, en Ondara o en Dénia.
