Description
I am Lysette, 35 years old from the UK, and live with my two dogs, two cats and many horses on a ranch in the South West of Portugal near the ocean.
I can offer riding lessons or trail rides on a daily basis and the chance to learn about horsemanship and horse training.
While I can’t offer much in terms of cultural exchange, as I’m not Portuguese, you’ll have the opportunity to improve your English with me.

I often have people from different countries here with me and of course we interact with the locals as well, but mostly I think I can share my skills as a horse trainer. I have been training horses my whole life and have aquired a good skill set in what is usually termed horsemanship.
Help
I’m looking for help with taking care of my animals-mostly the horses so that I can focus more on training the horses rather than just handling their daily care. Ideally, you would have experiences with horses and be comfortable handling them and riding them. I'm happy to teach you more, but a good basis makes everything easier.

Accommodation
My helper can have a room to herself with bed, closet, and desk and share a bathroom. The house is very clean and we will share meals together. I will provide the food for us, but of course it would be good if you can help around the kitchen.

I live a very inclusive lifestyle, so if you have a problem with minorities or queer people or anything like that, please do not apply. I'm a very direct and straightforward person and find it easy to communicate well with most people.
