Description
Hi! We’re Chris and Eva (31 and 32), originally from the Netherlands, and we’re thrilled to welcome Workawayers into our lives and our home. We recently moved to a beautiful house surrounded by nature, and now we’re on an exciting journey to bring it to life.
Our mornings are spent working online, but in the afternoons, you’ll find us exploring the great outdoors. Chris even organizes moose safaris and would love to share his knowledge and passion for wildlife with you!
During your stay, you’ll have the chance to learn about local wildlife, join Chris on a moose safari, and enjoy the peace and inspiration of nature. We believe in creating a welcoming environment where you can learn, share ideas, and feel part of something meaningful.
We welcome everyone, as long as you treat people, animals, and nature with respect. We have one :'rule': no meat is allowed on the property. We would serve vegan meals.
Come join us in this exciting project—we’d love to meet you!Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Staying with us offers a unique opportunity to experience Swedish culture during one of the most beautiful times of the year—April to June. As the days get longer and the nature awakens from winter, you’ll witness the magic of the Swedish countryside in full bloom. It’s the perfect time to learn about local traditions and enjoy the outdoor life.

Help
Here’s what we’re looking for help with:
-Painting and Renovation: The house is full of potential and needs your creative touch to make it shine. Mostly the outside needs a new touch of color.
- Building Projects: From practical repairs to more creative ventures, we’ve got plenty to keep your hands busy.
- Photography Hide: Eva has recently discovered a love for photography and dreams of building a hide using reclaimed materials—anyone with skills or ideas in this area would be amazing!
We’re also lucky to have about 4 hectares of forest on the property. Unfortunately, parts of it have been cleared in the past, but we’re determined to restore it and create a healthy, thriving ecosystem. If you’re passionate about rewilding and sustainability, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.Languages spoken

The accommodation depends on the number of Workawayers staying with us. We have a room available in our house, and there is also a small cabin on the property. The bathroom is located in the house, but everything you need will be provided. We aim to create a comfortable and relaxed space where you can unwind. Its also possible to bring your own van or tent :)
We welcome everyone, as long as you treat people, animals, and nature with respect. We have one :'rule': no meat is allowed on the property. We would serve vegan meals.A little more information
