  Hello my name is Geertje from the Netherlands and I have been living for 21 years in a quiet valley, together with 2 dogs and chickens, in the south of Catalonia near the town of Tortosa.
  My hobbies are gardening, hiking, nature, cooking, reading, philosophizing.......
  My profession is an artist: painting and ceramics and would like to have more time for that.
  I'm looking for one person who is creative and loves nature. Can help with gardening, chores that are too heavy for me.
  I am open to new ideas and I enjoy making a work plan together, everything in consultation. I am regularly fond of my peace and privacy and hope that you also enjoy this way of rest in your free time.
  In exchange you get a small studio with kitchen, shower and toilet and private entrance.
  You can borrow a bicycle if you do not have your own transport. Of course you can come with me when I go shopping by car.
  I only respond to comments with a photo and would like to have a good consultation before you come.
  So that we are not faced with surprises.

  Accommodation

  Small studio under the house with its own kitchen, shower, toilet and terrace.
  
  Because you have your own kitchen, I like it when you prepare your own breakfast. We can buy ingredients for your breakfast when we go shopping.
  The appointment for lunch and dinner can be agreed the day before whether we will eat/cook together or whether each will prepare his own food. Or that one of us cooks for the other. Maybe we can learn from each other's recipes.

  Tortosa has a train and bus station, I can pick you up there. Tortosa is an interesting town to visit with beautiful historic buildings and a cathedral with a museum.
  Close by is the Ebro Delta which is an interesting bird area with rice cultivation and very quiet beaches. Nearby is also the beautiful nature park "Els Ports" for walking, rock climbing or mountain biking.
  From Tortosa you can visit different cities such as Tarragona with a Roman circus and theater or Reus with a Gaudi center to learn more about this architect.
